Price: $375 payable before the course commences

Rebates: A total Medicare rebate of $112.75 is available if you have a current mental health plan. Private health rebates may also apply depending on your fund and level of cover.

Over five weekly sessions we will explore these areas:

Group confidentiality is assumed and essential. Sharing is optional but recommended for your growth. Group members will remain the same for all sessions to maintain safety and rapport.

Each group will need a minimum of 6 members to run, to a maximum of 10 members. To confirm a place payments can be made through our clinic reception on 53511970.

Presence in Nature Retreat October 22-24

Cultivate the art of Presence in the pristine natural environment of the Bunya Mountains with its ancient rainforests, waterfalls and expansive scenic lookouts. All walks are suitable for most ages and fitness levels.
